–This Thursday is one of our most spectacular line-ups of the year combing a wild array of everything that makes Tourettes such a molotov mix of performers, from stunning lyricists to shocking showcase acts, and crazy comedic guests! This Thursday we’re proud to feature NPR’s star story teller Glynn Washington, the host and creator of Snap Judgment who will be premiering a new work before he performs in NYC for This American Life. Also beware the return of the controversial and extreme sideshow Displayed Labors who are known to drop jaws and turn some stomachs!

Butterscotch is a singer/beatboxer who incorporates her musical background of piano, guitar and bass into her compositions and performances. She is heavily influenced by jazz, classical, hip hop and R&B artists ranging from Frederic Chopin to John Coltrane to Stevie Wonder. After high school she was accepted into the music program at California State University Sacramento as a Classical Piano Major but after a couple years she was touring so much and decided to pursue her dreams of making it in the musical world.
